Pueblopartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier, not a fleet. It exists purely to make finding group transportation fast and low-friction. Instead of calling five different companies one at a time, describing your trip each time, and waiting around for callbacks that may never come, you fill out one form and see vehicles, packages, and rates from providers serving Colorado Springs all at once.
That's it.
The site connects you to a large network of bus companies serving the Colorado Springs metro and the broader Front Range corridor. Whether you need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a bridal party running between The Broadmoor and a downtown venue, a 25-passenger party bus for a bachelorette night on Tejon Street, or a 56-passenger charter bus for a corporate event at the Broadmoor Event Center — this is the fastest way to see what's available on your date at what price. Call 719-733-8370 any time, any day, for a free quote in under a minute.

Colorado Springs Bus Amenities Built Around Your Trip
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo or a 15- to 20-passenger party bus is the right call for a celebration night in downtown Colorado Springs — typically equipped with LED lighting, a full-length bar, wraparound perimeter seating, and Bluetooth sound. A 15–35 passenger minibus is a clean fit for corporate shuttles or wedding guest loops between hotel blocks on Nevada Avenue and ceremony venues near The Broadmoor, with reclining seats and powerful A/C for the Colorado altitude. Full-size charter buses handle longer hauls — Denver International Airport runs, multi-day sports travel, or convention shuttles at the Colorado Springs Convention Center — with undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, overhead storage, and WiFi on select vehicles.
Amenities vary by vehicle, so call 719-733-8370 and describe your trip — the right match is faster to find than you'd think.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 719-733-8370 before booking.
Compare Colorado Springs Party Bus Prices for Any Group
Colorado Springs party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, the day of the week, your total hours, and how tight availability is on your date. To give you a planning baseline: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays, $200–$275 on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs around $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends.
A full charter bus generally falls in the $200–$350 per hour range either way. Those are planning ranges — your actual quote moves with your specific date, hours, and the vehicles available.

See Colorado Springs Party Bus Options in One Place
Getting a bus quote in Colorado Springs used to mean calling local companies one by one, sitting on hold, and hoping someone called back before the date filled up. Pueblopartybuscompany.com replaces all of that. You fill out one form — trip date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — and instantly see vehicles and rates from providers serving Colorado Springs and the surrounding Front Range. No account, no waiting on a callback, no comparing apples to oranges because every quote came in a different format.
That also means you're not limited to one fleet. Because the site pulls from a large network of providers, you get actual vehicle variety — from a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for an intimate birthday run to a 56-passenger charter bus for a stadium group. And because pricing comes back in seconds, not days, you can lock in the right vehicle before your date disappears.
Colorado Springs sees genuine demand spikes around USAFA graduation in late May, the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in late June, and Broncos away-game bus trips originating in the Springs — those windows fill faster than most planners expect. Call 719-733-8370 now or use the quick online form to check availability before your date is gone.
Colorado Springs Party Bus Services
Pueblopartybuscompany.com helps you find transportation for every occasion in Colorado Springs — from airport transfers and corporate shuttles to wedding transportation, bachelorette parties, prom, sporting events, concerts, and school field trips. Whatever brings your group together in the Springs, there's a vehicle in the network ready for it.

Colorado Springs Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Colorado Springs Airport (COS) (7770 Milton E. Proby Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80916) handles a growing number of Southwest, United, and American flights — but the ground-side logistics at COS are much simpler than Denver International, which is exactly why many groups still find themselves driving 90 minutes up I-25 to DEN for more flight options. That drive creates a real coordination problem: who's the designated shuttle? Who handles luggage for 18 people?
A charter bus from Colorado Springs to DEN keeps every bag, every person, and every departure time on one plan — no one scrambling to the Pena Boulevard terminal complex figuring out which concourse. At COS itself, commercial vehicle pickup uses the ground transportation lanes on the arrivals level — have your group assemble with luggage before calling the bus in, not before. Coordinate with whoever is managing your trip that everyone clears baggage claim first.
Call 719-733-8370 to set up airport shuttle pricing for your group today.

Colorado Springs Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Downtown Colorado Springs — Old Colorado City along W. Colorado Ave, the Tejon Street corridor, and the stretch of bars around S. Nevada Avenue — runs late on weekends, and the geography spreads stops farther apart than a walkable bar crawl allows. A Colorado Springs bachelorette party bus keeps the entire group on the same schedule from the first round to the last call without anyone worrying about splitting off in rideshares at midnight.
A 15- to 25-passenger party bus covers most bachelorette group sizes in the Springs and comes equipped with LED lighting, perimeter seating, Bluetooth sound, and a built-in bar setup for the ride between stops. Popular itineraries run from pregames in Manitou Springs — craft cocktails at one of the canyon-side bars on Manitou Avenue — through Old Colorado City and into downtown for later stops. For larger groups, a 30-passenger party bus gives everyone room to move.
The whole night runs on your timeline — last call is yours to call. Compare options at 719-733-8370.

Colorado Springs Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A Colorado Springs birthday party bus rental turns the ride into the first part of the celebration — and for Sweet 16s and quinceañeras especially, the entrance matters as much as the venue. Party buses in the 15- to 25-passenger range are a great fit for school-sized birthday groups, with color-changing LED lighting, premium sound, and flat-panel TVs that make the drive feel like part of the event. For larger family quinceañera gatherings moving guests between a church ceremony and a reception hall in the Pueblo or Colorado Springs area, a minibus keeps the family together without asking anyone to drive.
Weekend rates for a 20-passenger party bus run roughly $275–$350 per hour — split across 15 guests, that's a manageable per-head number that gets everyone there and back without coordinating a caravan. Pricing for your specific date comes back in under a minute at 719-733-8370.

Colorado Springs Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Broadmoor World Arena (3185 Venetucci Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906) seats nearly 8,000 and hosts major touring acts — Zach Bryan, Dierks Bentley, and arena-circuit headliners make regular stops here. The venue sits on the southwest side of the city, and parking in Lot A and Lot B fills quickly for sold-out shows; once the lot gates close, the nearest alternatives mean a significant walk in the dark. A Colorado Springs concert bus rental drops your group at the venue entrance and times pickup to the end of the set — no one's hiking back through a half-empty lot at midnight.
For shows at Ford Amphitheater (at Templeton Gap Rd and N. Gate Blvd), summer outdoor concerts pair naturally with a party bus that handles the pre-show energy on the ride up. Red Rocks is 90 minutes north; a charter bus for that run means the full group arrives together and nobody misses the opener navigating I-25 construction. Call 719-733-8370 to compare concert bus options for your date.

Colorado Springs Corporate Event Transportation
The Colorado Springs Convention Center (121 S Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903) sits in the heart of downtown, and while the attached parking garage helps, it fills fast during multi-day conferences — particularly during the region's defense industry convenings, which draw contractors and government agencies from Fort Carson, Peterson Space Force Base, and Schriever SFB simultaneously. A shuttle circuit between the Convention Center and nearby hotel blocks on Nevada Avenue and Tejon Street is far cleaner than asking attendees to navigate downtown parking on their own.
For executive groups arriving from out of state, a Sprinter van handles airport-to-hotel-to-venue transfers with individual climate control and USB charging at every seat. For larger employee groups, a 35-passenger minibus covers the Fort Carson commuter corridor without the headache of coordinating a caravan on Academy Boulevard. Call 719-733-8370 to discuss Colorado Springs corporate shuttle packages.

Colorado Springs Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, corporate team-building days, and military change-of-command gatherings all move through Colorado Springs — and Fort Carson alone generates a significant volume of large-group events that require coordinated transportation across a sprawling post. A charter bus handles those base-to-venue runs cleanly, especially when the event is off-post at a venue like The Pinery at the Hill (775 W Bijou St) or Cheyenne Mountain Resort.
For multi-stop private event itineraries — Garden of the Gods, a group lunch at The Broadmoor, and an afternoon at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center — a minibus gives the flexibility to move at your own pace without renting multiple vehicles. The Colorado State Fair in Pueblo each August–September draws groups from Colorado Springs on day trips, and the I-25 corridor south fills up fast on weekends during the Fair's run — one bus beats a five-car convoy on that stretch. Call 719-733-8370 to map out your private event transportation.

Colorado Springs Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Colorado Springs high schools — Rampart, Liberty, Doherty, Coronado, Pine Creek, and others across the D11 and D20 districts — typically hold prom in late April and early May, and the demand window is short and steep. Every school-age group in the metro is looking for the same vehicles in the same 5-week stretch, which means availability genuinely disappears. For prom: book by January or expect limited options and higher pricing come March.
A 20- to 25-passenger party bus is the right fit for a typical prom group — big enough for the core group, small enough to navigate residential pickup addresses across the Briargate and Northgate corridors. The full amenity package comes standard on most party buses in this size range. Homecoming season runs September–October and sees a secondary demand bump that surprises planners who waited on prom.
Visit the prom party bus page to learn more, or call 719-733-8370 now to lock in your date.

Colorado Springs School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Colorado Springs sits at the base of Pikes Peak, which means field trip destinations that most school districts only dream about — the U.S. Air Force Academy Visitor Center (2346 Academy Dr, USAFA, CO 80840), the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (4250 Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906), and the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum (215 S Tejon St) — are all within a 20-minute drive. A full-size charter bus or a 35-passenger minibus handles the group in one load without the logistics of organizing parent carpool signups.
Charter buses for school groups include overhead bin storage for backpacks and lunches, reclining seats, climate control for the Colorado altitude swings, and onboard restrooms on select vehicles — a real benefit when the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo visit runs long. ADA-accessible vehicles are available in the network; note that when requesting a quote. Comparing pricing for your school trip takes under a minute at 719-733-8370.

Colorado Springs Sporting Event Transportation
The USAFA Falcons play football at Falcon Stadium (2169 Field House Rd, USAFA, CO 80840), which sits on the north end of the Air Force Academy grounds. Game days on the Academy require passing through a security checkpoint at one of the installation's gates, and vehicles need a valid REAL ID-compliant ID for the occupants — commercial bus groups typically coordinate access through the Academy's visitor procedures. Plan for the checkpoint when setting your departure time: 90 minutes before kickoff minimum.
For Colorado Springs fans making the trip north to a Broncos game at Empower Field at Mile High — 70 miles up I-25 — a charter bus covers the whole group for one flat rate and drops the group at the stadium's bus arrival area while everyone else battles I-25 and the $40+ stadium-adjacent lots. The Rocky Mountain Showdown, when Colorado plays Colorado State, is one of the most in-demand travel weekends in the region — book that one months out. Call 719-733-8370 to compare options.

Colorado Springs Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Colorado Springs wedding venues are spread across every elevation and direction — The Broadmoor's lakeside spaces on Lake Ave, Hillside Gardens (925 Vista Grande Dr), Black Forest venues northeast of town, and canyon-edge properties in Manitou Springs. Guests flying in for destination weddings at elevation-adjacent venues often land at Denver International, which puts a 90-minute drive between the airport and the Springs on top of an already logistically complex weekend.
A Colorado Springs wedding shuttle solves the hotel-block-to-venue loop cleanly — guests staying along Nevada Avenue or at the Broadmoor-adjacent hotel properties get picked up on a set schedule and arrive together, with no one late, no one lost on Baptist Road, and no one in formalwear walking a parking lot in October. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo makes a natural bridal party vehicle for the ceremony-day run. For weekend weddings during fall color season (late September–mid-October), the Springs sees genuine demand — book 3–4 months ahead.
Call 719-733-8370 to lock in your wedding weekend transportation.

Colorado Springs Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Pikes Peak region has a growing craft beverage scene that stretches from downtown Colorado Springs into the Palmer Lake corridor to the north and the Pueblo wine country to the south. In Colorado Springs proper, Cerberus Brewing Co. (702 W Colorado Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80905) in Old Colorado City and Bristol Brewing Company (1604 S Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80905) are popular anchor stops on any craft beer itinerary. Head south on I-25 and the Pueblo winery corridor — Winery at Holy Cross Abbey (3011 E US Hwy 50, Cañon City) and the cluster of Colorado Mountain Winefest venues — adds a full afternoon of tasting rooms within a 45-minute drive.
A 15- to 25-passenger party bus is the natural fit for a brewery crawl with a group of 10–20: everyone stays together, no one's calculating who can still drive after the fourth tasting pour, and the bus stages nearby while your group tours each spot. Weekend rates run $275–$375 per hour for that size range. Call 719-733-8370 to map out your route.

How does this website work?
Pueblopartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. How much does a party bus cost in Colorado Springs?
Colorado Springs party bus prices generally run $250–$375 per hour for a 20- to 25-passenger party bus on weekends, and $200–$350 per hour for a charter bus or minibus depending on size. Per-day rates for a full charter bus typically range from $1,350–$2,850. These are planning ranges — your actual quote depends on your date, total hours, and which vehicles are available.
Fill out the form above or call 719-733-8370 and you'll have pricing for your trip in about a minute.
Do I need to pass through a security checkpoint to get to Falcon Stadium for a USAFA game?
Yes. The Air Force Academy is an active military installation, and all vehicles enter through a gate checkpoint at the North Gate (I-25 Exit 156) or South Gate (I-25 Exit 150) for game-day traffic. All passengers need a valid REAL ID-compliant photo ID, and commercial vehicles coordinate access through the Academy's visitor procedures.
Build in at least 90 minutes before kickoff to account for checkpoint processing. Check the USAFA base access page before your visit for current access requirements, as they can change for specific events.
What's the best way to get a large group from Colorado Springs to Denver International Airport?
A charter bus from Colorado Springs to DEN is the cleanest solution for groups of 20 or more. The drive runs roughly 90–100 minutes depending on I-25 traffic north of Castle Rock — a stretch notorious for construction slowdowns and weather delays in winter. One bus handles all the luggage in the undercarriage bays, keeps the group on a single departure timeline, and drops everyone at their terminal's departures level directly.
That's a much cleaner handoff than coordinating a caravan of rental cars through the Peña Boulevard terminal complex. Call 719-733-8370 to get pricing for your DEN run.
When is the busiest time of year for party bus rentals in Colorado Springs?
Three windows see the sharpest demand spikes: USAFA graduation weekend in late May (which brings large family groups from across the country and fills transportation weeks ahead), prom season across D11 and D20 schools from late April through mid-May, and fall wedding weekends from mid-September through mid-October when the region's outdoor venues are in peak season. The Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in late June also generates a secondary bump. Book any of these windows at least 2–3 months out — vehicles in the network don't sit idle during those dates.
Can a party bus or charter bus access Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs for a bar crawl or tour?
Old Colorado City along W. Colorado Avenue has standard street-level access and works fine for party bus drop-off and nearby staging. Manitou Springs is a different conversation: the canyon streets in Manitou — particularly Manitou Avenue itself — are narrow, and a full 45-foot charter bus has real limitations navigating the tighter sections. A 15–25 passenger party bus or a minibus is a much more practical fit for a Manitou Springs itinerary.
For a crawl that mixes both areas, the bus handles Old Colorado City easily and stages near the Manitou Avenue corridor while your group walks the closer stops. Describe your exact route when you call 719-733-8370 and the support team can match you to the right vehicle size.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Colorado Springs?
For most occasions outside peak season, 3–6 weeks of lead time is workable — but it comes with real risk on popular dates. For prom (book by January), USAFA graduation weekend (book 2–3 months out), fall wedding season (book 3–4 months out), and any weekend during the Colorado State Fair run down in Pueblo (late August through Labor Day), earlier is always better. Waiting until two weeks before a peak date in Colorado Springs routinely means the vehicle you wanted is already gone or the rate has moved up.
Call 719-733-8370 as soon as your date is confirmed.
Popular Colorado Springs Party Bus Destinations
A Colorado Springs charter bus itinerary can cover a lot of ground — Pikes Peak foothills, downtown Tejon Street, the Air Force Academy, and some of the most-visited attractions in the Rocky Mountain region. Here are six destinations where group transportation genuinely changes the experience.

Broadmoor World Arena
Broadmoor World Arena (3185 Venetucci Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906) holds nearly 8,000 for concerts and is the largest indoor event venue on Colorado's Front Range south of Denver. Parking on-site is limited to surface lots that fill well before doors open for sold-out shows — latecomers end up parking along Venetucci Blvd and walking a significant stretch in the dark. A party bus drops your group at the main entrance, stages off-site, and is ready when the show ends.
Check the official venue page for current parking and drop-off guidance before your show date.

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (4250 Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906) is the only mountain zoo in the United States, perched at 6,714 feet — which means the access road up Cheyenne Mountain Blvd is a winding, single-lane-in-sections climb that makes coordinating multiple passenger vehicles genuinely stressful. Parking at the top is limited, and summer weekend lots fill by mid-morning. A charter bus or minibus consolidates the group into one vehicle that handles the climb cleanly and parks in the designated tour bus area.
Phone: (719) 633-9925. Review the zoo's official parking page for current admission pricing and directions before your visit.

Garden of the Gods
Garden of the Gods (1805 N 30th St, Colorado Springs, CO 80904) is a free public park with dramatic red sandstone formations and over 15 miles of trails. The main Visitor & Nature Center parking lot fills completely by 9am on summer weekends — the park's own signage redirects overflow to remote lots with a shuttle. A charter bus or minibus drops your group at the Visitor Center and can stage at the overflow areas, keeping the group together without three cars circling for spots.
For corporate team-building days and school field trips, this is a perennially popular stop. Check the official Garden of the Gods visitor page for current parking advisories and contact information.

The Broadmoor
The Broadmoor (1 Lake Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80906) is a Forbes Five-Star resort and one of the most sought-after wedding and corporate event venues in the Rocky Mountain region. The property sprawls across multiple buildings — the Main Building, Broadmoor West, and the Golf Club — and moving guests between areas of the property and off-site hotel blocks requires real coordination. Valet and self-parking at the resort is available but managed tightly during peak event weekends.
A minibus or Sprinter limo running a timed shuttle loop between Broadmoor-adjacent hotels and the event entrance is a cleaner guest experience than telling 40 people to figure out resort valet at the same time. Phone: (719) 577-5775. Review current event access details at the Broadmoor's official site.

U.S. Air Force Academy
The U.S. Air Force Academy (2346 Academy Dr, USAFA, CO 80840) Visitor Center and Cadet Chapel are among the most-visited landmarks in Colorado, drawing military families, tourists, and graduation guests year-round. Access requires passing through a gate checkpoint at the North Gate (I-25 Exit 156) or South Gate (I-25 Exit 150), and all passengers need a valid REAL ID-compliant photo ID. Graduation weekend in late May is when this becomes a genuine transportation challenge — thousands of family members arriving simultaneously, limited on-base parking, and I-25 northbound backing up for miles.
One charter bus with a pre-coordinated entry plan is far more manageable than a fleet of rental cars working through the same checkpoint queue. Check the USAFA visitor information page for current access procedures before your visit.

Pikes Peak — America's Mountain
Pikes Peak (Pikes Peak Highway, Cascade, CO 80809) tops out at 14,115 feet, and the Pikes Peak Highway — a 19-mile toll road — is not designed for large commercial motor coaches. But the base of the highway in Cascade and the adjacent Manitou Springs Cog Railway station (515 Ruxton Ave, Manitou Springs, CO 80829) are fully accessible by party bus and minibus, making a great drop-off point for groups taking the Cog Railway to the summit. The Cog Railway carries your group to the top; your bus stages near the Manitou Springs area while you're up there.
Highway toll and Cog Railway tickets are separate costs. Check the Pikes Peak Cog Railway's official site for current reservation requirements — advance tickets sell out weeks ahead in summer.
